im like to do some night flying, but how can i dim the text on the gps? its just to bright?thanksciao!Brian S

Hi Brian,the setting is in the SYS function and is covered page 71-72 of the v1.2 manual. Press the SYS key, turn the Large Knob to reach the "system information" page, then turn the Small knob to reach the Display Brightness page. Press SEL to make a selection and the Small knob to change the Selection. Then ENTER to validate / SEL to cancel. There are 4 settings: High / Med / Low and Automatic. Auto uses the photocell to dim the display with the current environement light.Hope this helps!
