I tried flatten but that didn't work...

You need to put a hardened surface (asphalt or concrete) under the taxiways that are giving you the bumps. Leave a note for Cline Page with the taxiway LAT/LONG and he may build you a small *.bgl to fix the problem. Otherwise, use Airport for Windows or fssc to build a small bgl to fix the problem.
