November 2, 200520 yr I've been in flight sims for about 15 years now...I've NEVER beentreated so Poorly by any tech staff As Capt Sim's people. Rude,lazy,crappy replies,a major lack of support topped by total indifferenceto Questions-They(Capt Sim) took my money..but took no actions ans.my requests for my Auth. Number. Finally I'd had enough, cancelled my HERK order.and demanded a refund..this after three days trying to get myCode so I'd be able to D/L the 130. NEVER AGAIN..!!! No refund...no HerkNo way I'll Deal with Capt Sim. Again... R P Mooberry. !!!!!!! BUYER BEWARE..!!!!!
