hi all! i've just installed my first posky a/c, and like it. But! , the nosewheel steering is WAY sensitive! takeoff roll is all over the place. does nOT occur with any other a/c. i've tried using ms's controls to adjust , in both simple and advanced, to no avail. i then maxed out the sliders and tried using fsuipc to help, but, no, still wild ride.i'm running 2002 pro /win98se/ ch propedals[usb/logiteck wingman joystick]any one have a similar problem, and a solution? tom t

I thought it was just me... I too think the steering and roll is too high, it feels like an aerobatic plane.

Hi grund1944In most planes "aircraft.cfg" you will find the following section. If you don't find it - paste it into the file. Try to reduce the rudder effectiveness - and eventual to raise the yaw stability. Unchanged values are 1.00:[flight_tuning]cruise_lift_scalar=1.0 //the angle of attack (and thus pitch) for a cruise conditionparasite_drag_scalar=1.00 //air flow interference and skin frictioninduced_drag_scalar=1.0 //from production of liftelevator_effectiveness=1.0aileron_effectiveness=1.0rudder_effectiveness=1.0pitch_stability=1.000roll_stability=1.000yaw_stability=1.000elevator_trim_effectiveness=1.000aileron_trim_effectiveness=1.000rudder_trim_effectiveness=1.000RegardsHenrik KorninghBGGH

thanks for the idea, i'll give it a try,,,,but, the plane flies great, good rudder action [not auto rudder] it's only steering especially at takeoff roll that it overcontrols. tom t
