Imagine my total surprise when I dropped out of a lower overcast on ILS to Minot NDakota's RWY31 and saw this 300 ft construction crane on the field. Hopefully there's a screen shot of the crane here. (I've been having trouble uploading images.)Does it appear in any one elses FS2002? Or have I discovered (or rediscoverd) an easter egg?LarrymakeRemote('http://ftp.avsim.com/cgi-bin/dcforum/dcboard.cgi?az=upload_file&forum=')-----------------------------------

I saw that also. I was stationed at the Air Force Base 89-91 and it wasnt there then. Cant imagine what they are adding. You are not the only one to see it though.Andrew

I've put that in some of my early scenery. Actually there is a lot of that stuff available. Just have to look for it is all.

There's a file... fs2002_easter_eggs.zip which lists a few. There's also weather balloons in Florida, a hot air balloon in Washington state.

When I worked at MOT, all we had was a little crackerbox of a terminal building, and not much else. However, that was in 1967. Ya suppose they've upgraded since then? ;-)Did you ever try putting engine covers on a DC-3 in the middle of the night with a cold winter wind blowing 30 or 40 knots? Or trying to de-ice the thing the next morning and get the engine heaters working? Now that's what I call fun, NOT! Only worked there about 6 months, and got out to a warmer climate.Darrell
