FS Sky World uninstall problem

Featured Replies

Hi All,I'm in the midst of installing the second edition of FS Sky World. When I try to uninstall the cloud pack, the following happens:

I'm sure that I can uninstall manually, but then I assume that that will leave the original cloud pack installation in my computer. Does anyone know how to redirect the uninstall so that the files in question can be completely removed? BTW - I had the cloud pack installed on my other two computers, and it was removed without a problem.Edit - I just went to the texture folder to manually delete the clouds, and they were already gone :-hmmm. I had already uninstalled the FS Sky World executable, which wasn't installed on the other two machines. Perhaps this wiped out the uninst.isu file that is being sought? Perhaps just an odd bug. But how do I get rid of the cloud pack folder in my add/remove control panel?

Hi Chris,I should have anticipated your usual prompt response ;). I'm going to go ahead with the SE installation and see what happens. I can't wait to see what I'm sure will be another stellar product.
