I am hoping to create a Flight Simulator Club at the West Vancouver Seniors Centre. From some of the postings here, there do seem to be some avid flight simmers in the Lower Mainland region.The staff at the Centre is supportive of such a venture and, subject to availability of space, has indicated a willingness to allow

Hi Nigel, sounds like fun, I hope you succeed! I'm too far away to participate...Edmonds, Wa...just north of Seattle, but I could imagine coming up sometime to visit with your group, perhaps we could do a tutorial on gmax, or texture creation, or something. Hi Nigel,I agree with Bob. I'm currently in Saskatoon and we plan to invade your space next fall or late summer. We plan to settle in the valley -- Chilliwack-Abbottsford-Maple Ridge areas -- somewhere east of Surrey and I'd love to correspond with anyone in the Valley. reminder that the Demo session is tomorrow and FlightSim Club initiation next Thursday.I hope my computer works okay, I got my Albatron GEForce Ti4200P Turbo yesterday and I couldn't get into Windows desktop on the OPTIMISED DEFAULTS mbo bios, the screen was all blotchy and smeary, but it went into the desktop under the FAIL SAFE DEFAULTS okay, although it was terribly slow. I thought I had a faulty card. The dealer checked it and said no, so I have some more investigative work on my computer to do and probably a C partition format and W98 re-install. I put my VisionTek GEForce 2Ti back in and it is operating okay and this is my hope for tomorrow.I hope to see some new faces tomorrow and next Thursday.NigelVancouver
