How much of an improvement can I expect if I upgrade from 1600+ to 2100+ ??? I only get 9-10 FPS with Simflyers...Greg

Hi Greg,In honesty, not too much really. Wait for the newer breed of AMD cpu's to come out, then you may see some improvement.

I just upgraded from an Athlon xp1600 to an Xp2100. If I could do it again. I wouldn't have. The performance increase wasn't worth the money to me. I would have waited for the new line of AMD processor to come out.(In a few monthes, I think).I did upgrade my geforce 3 ti 200 to a geforce 4 ti 200, and that was a good investment. Nice improvement in Fs2002. The clouds actually roll by smooth now :)

Correction. I upgraded to a Geforce 4 ti 4200. Nice improvement.
