I have SP1 installed for WinXP Home, and am wondering what version of DirectX that installed? Am I correct in thinking that the most recent version is DX 9.0a?Thanks,Bruce.

I don't know as if SP1 installed a later version of DirectX or not! However, DX9.0a is the latest and available from MS Windows update site.

SP1 has nothing to do with Direct X, if you have not updated your Direct X then it is 8.1, you can get 9.0a from Microsoft.http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details...&displaylang=en
