hardware advice for 2004, will this work?

i currently have an athlon 2400+ running at 2gigs, Gigabyte 7VRAXP mobo w/512megs on board, chaintech ti4200 128megs and win xp homeim thinkin' of keeping everything except replacing the mobo and cpu would this combination work ok?cpu:http://www.googlegear.com/jsp/ProductDetai...tCode=80656-800mobo:http://www.googlegear.com/jsp/ProductDetai...ductCode=240896i have built the above system myself but im still kinda new at this and the compatibility is the main thing, those two do work together correct?any other advice would be great,thanksBrian Slookin' forward to fs2004
