I'm looking to upgrade my machine to cope better with FS2002 and some other FPS games (Splinter Cell, UT2003 etc). My current setup is a Duron 1.2GHz on an Asus A7N266-VM mobo with 512Mb of PC2100 memory, 60Gb hard drive & the usual nuts & bolts.My first step will be to replace the CPU with an Athlon XP chip, at least a 2400+. The next thing after that will be a graphics card (I'm currently using the GeForce 2 chip on board my mobo).Since I'm on a tight budget (saving to get married etc), I can't afford loads for the gfx card, say about

From threads in the general forum it seems you ned to get the FX5600 ULTRA, core speed 400MHz DDr RAM.Evidently there are still some older standard FX5600 cards out there and they are to be avoided.Best of luck.
