I don't know about the UK but the XPS system was introduced to Canada about 2 months ago. I would assume it would be there soon.

I was just about to buy a Dell XPS but then I did my research. Seems Dell has outsourced all there tech support to India and the Phillipiens. I have read probably close to 200 messages on various computer sites including Dell's own community forums of people screaming bloody murder over the horrid tech support they are now getting. Many are complaining that when calling tech support for even the simplest of problemss, more times than not, they say they are getting no satisfaction at all. Many are also complaining that they cannot even understand the heavliy accented english of the tech support people. If you get fed up with a techie and ask to talk to a supervisor, many are reporting that they will just hang up on you. People are also saying that after placing an order, many times the date your given for delivery will be pushed back without them telling you. Also if you want to upgrade..forget about it, you cannot go buy a new motherboard from somewhere and put it into a Dell..it will not work. Don't believe me? Go to cnet.com (very respected site) and click on the Dell XPS system. Then click on "user reviews" and read the hundred plus reviews there. Then go to Dell's own web site and look under support and then community boards. I went with Velocity Micro...now there is a top notch company!
