January 13, 200521 yr Hello,Realair Sim highly recommends the Nvidia 32.80 driver set for the best performance with their aircraft add-ons when using Nvidia based graphic cards. Does anyone know where I can find this particular driver set on the internet?I've tried searching through the archives at both 3DGuru and at Nvidida's own archive site without any success. None of the popular search engines seem to be able to pull up a downloadable 32.80 driver set either.Just wondering if anyone might know of a place that still has this particular Detonator set. I'm using a GF4 Ti4200 based card and am currently using Forceware 60.72 drivers.Thank you!
January 13, 200521 yr Hi Diane,It's been a while since my last nVidia card (4600) but I seem to remember that the 30.82's gave me the best performance and IQ with that card. Could these be the drivers RealAir is referring to?Like you I was unable to find anything related to the 32.80 series.Good luck,Greg
January 14, 200521 yr Hi Greg,I was wondering the same thing about there perhaps being a mistype in the Realair supplied documentation. I double-checked just to make sure I hadn't mis-read their manual. It's really helpful knowing that you had such good performance with the 30.82 set - I think I will give those a try just for the heck of it and see what happens. Thanks very much for the help!
January 16, 200521 yr Hi All, This interested me having read lots of post whilst trying to learn how my system ticks. Everything I read goes to great pains in recommending one use the "latest" drivers - Graphics card, mother board & Bios etc.Am I mis understanding this term drivers/ Incidently I'm using nVidia latest drivers for my card. Do I need to change? (Obviously I shall never properly get the hang of Computers - Sorry:-) )Regards Blue
