Can't get Game Card (old-style) to see hardware

Hi - I broke out my old gamecard III automatic after prepping my old computer...Anyway, I have, as of now, just a CH Fighter Stick attached.The CH installation seems to go fine, and the joystick is recognized.However, when connected through the Game Card, there is no response; if I connect the stick through the sound card, it works fine, but that precludes me from using the hat/throttle/etc.Any advice appreciated!thxAndrew
