Any/All whom may help:I have been using Voice Buddy for 5 months without issue.I then moved FS9 to a slaved drive, cleaned up C:, and then installed FSX onto C:FSX works fine, TrackIR is even working, but Voice Buddy will not load. It acts like it is trying to, then...nothing.So I reinstalled. No joy.So I removed, and reinstalled...twice more.No joy.I have located an log in the VB folder, which reads, at the bottom of the log, "error -2147200966 at line 1706 of file "VoiceKernel.cpp"Voice Buddy closed on: Wed Oct 18 10:14:36 2006"Can anyone help? I can't get a human to help over at EDimensional. Clayton

I have had the same problem, mine has been saying 'error -2147200942 at line 1213 of file "VoiceKernel.cpp"', 'error -2147201023 at line 4236 of file "VoiceKernel.cpp"' and 'error -2147201023 at line 4266 of file "VoiceKernel.cpp"'. It is quite disappointing as I just bought this program and was looking forward to using it. If anyone can help it would be much appreciated.Rozza

I also have had trouble with Voice Buddy 3.0. I successfully used Voice Buddy 2.0 on WindowsXP Pro. I recently purchased a new computer and the new OS is Windows7 (64bit). I just purchased Voice Buddy 3.0 in the belief that it would successfully run on the new OS because the folks at EDimensional claimed to have upgraded the software so that it would run on Vista. No Luck. The program will install, place commands in the FS2004 kneeboard and even install the help file. I can not get the program to run. When I click on the desktop shortcut or go to the program entry in the "All Programs" menu the desktop flickers as though the program is trying to run but nothing else happens. I have called EDimensional, filled out several support forms, everything I can think of. I simply can not get a human to respond. I really like their program. I enjoyed using it in the past. I am very disappointed in two things: First, the program doesn't seem to work on Windows7 (64bit). Second, and even more important in my mind, even though their web-site claims "support available 24hrs / 7 days", these folks are simply unavailable when you need them. I don't ask for an immediate response but to have no response at all over a period of 4 days is unacceptable. I would advise all who read this post to think very hard before they act on any desire to purchase this product. I can personally attest to the fact that you are pretty much on your own once you pay for the program.

Hello everyone.I Do Not use Voice Buddy, or Win7, I use the Free SpeechBuddy2, but if you can, try to see if Win 7 has an XP Compatibility Mode like Vista has, to run your VB under.Another thing you may try is to adjust your settings to the User Account, Win 7 may not allow you to access that App. TV
