[apologies if this was here already - I posted but cannot locate the original post...]Is it possible to build /buy a system (refurbished included) for $450 (or less) that will run FS9 really well?By really well, I mean lots of stuff turned on and a 20+ framerate.. the higher the better, obviously. Icing on the cake would be if it ran well in high-scenery-density areas such as medium-size custom airports.This is just the box - no monitor or anything.I've been reading around but have SO MUCH INFORMATION I'm overloaded and it's a little hard to keep track... given the fact that in the last 6 months, since dual processor systems have become much more commonplace, I'm hoping really fast single-core processors may be a big bargain now.Can this be done? Hi Andrew, I doubt it. For 450 dolores, there will probably be some 'dolores' you can only cure with further dolores... ;-) And it depends on the level of quality you're aiming at... Screen resolutions play a major role. Kind regards Jaap
