Hello!I am on the verge of buying this new system (component parts that I will assemble myself), and I was seeking some feedback as to whether this is a good system for FSX into the forseeable future, and also to know if I am missing some important piece, or if I should avoid a certain piece? Good looking setup with just a few IMO "no-no's"Mobo is a keeper with very good performance, same goes for the other parts with the exception of the PSU. Problem with Rosewill PSUs is that some have been made by a company called youngyear they have been known to make "B&T" (Buy and Throw) type PSUs some other ones have made by ANTG now they arent too bad, more in the avarege linup like Coolmax and ThermalTake. Imo if you are building a nice beefy setup, get a more welknown brand like OCZ, Enermax...etcc with good amps on the rails. As far as the rest, eventhough i recommend always to get a separate soundcard, mere due to the effect of saving some cycles on the CPU thus saving on FPS and reducing stutters etc.. in certain software. New mobos in general can cope "ok", try it first, see if you feel that you still need a card. Again imo get a separate card, for the reason mentioned above, but try and see for yourself. As far as the 10k raptor, you will notice slightly faster loading times, so that will definatly be a plus.As far as the DIMMS, they do give overall good performance, but are lousy overclockers, if you want to OC the DIMMS get another brand.Hope that helps a bit.
