Unassign axis in fs9 and keep it

Hi I have a problem with my yoke and pedals.I have setup everything in FSUIPC and use it for calibration and I remove all assign assignment in FS9.The problem is when i lunch FS9 it automatically assign keys and axis.How can stop this automated assignment.Thank youFabrizio
