i have ordered a copy of fs2002 but would like to no what english airfields and airports are included and is it worth downloading some

I would have to say that are far too many airfields in England to go into in this format. I would also say that you can go just about anywhere you wanted to in the world with FS2002 with the number of current airfields. If however, you wanted more, and with more eye-candy, there are certainly enough downloadable add ons out there. Get it and see what you see. If that is not enough, visit the download sites.

Suggest you look at "VFR Photographic Scenery" by Just Flight. East & Southeast England are available at present but the rest of England and Wales will be available next Jan. Cheers.

If you want large airports I suggest you do a search in the library here, there are a number of freeware 'add-ons'.However for outstanding payware add-ons you can do no bettr than check out Gary Summons add-ons athttp://www.uk2000scenery.bizland.com/puplic/index.htm

Have a look at my FS web page. There is a list of all operational airports in the UK together with a note showing which ones are available in FS2002.Of the 316 active airfields only 215 are found in the FS default scenery.
