At the start of flt plans posted here - excuse ignorance. What does N470 stand for. Cannot seem to work it out. Thanks in advance. Denis

Hi DenisIt's the expected TAS (True Airspeed) of the flight. IE how many knots the plane would be travelling at assuming a zero wind component. Expected cruise SAT mainly affects this figure, the colder it is the lower the TAS.HTH
