October 31, 200322 yr ...freeware flightplanning program?I'm all new to this and I know there are sophisticated payware programs with lots of functionality within them, but what I would settle for right now in the beginning is a programs that could simply give me the SID:s, STAR:s and VOR between two airports.I will then use the result to program the FMC in PMDG's 737NG which I'm trying to learn.Any help and tips would be greatly appreciated!!TIA,Richard
November 4, 200322 yr hi,Try FSbuild, there is a freeware version of that program still floating around, although not fit for FS9,you can use the resulting nav log to program your flight(i use it for my ins) its a great utility.also,on www.pmflightplanner.com you can plan your entire flight, including a printable briefing package, best of all:FREE(and for very poor chaps like me that is very important ;-) )hope it helps
