B772 or A320 family EDDF-EHAM real FPs

Hey all. I'm looking for real world flightplans between Germany and the Netherlands, more specifically between Frankfurt and Amsterdam. I'm only interested in orutes flown by the A320 series or the B772. Please help! Thanks, Victor
