Hello,I'm using ZoneAlarm Pro and it does like that site, so I don't think it's a firewall issue. The most common problem is related to the Java plugin one is running. Make sure you have the latest one, which is indicated in the page I linked above.Anyway, once it has loaded the left-hand menu, do the following:- double-click on "PAMS" and wait for the Java applet to open- select "BI" from the "Authority Code" drop-down menu- select "Charts" from the "AIP Type" drop-down menu- click on the "Refresh" button in the appletAfter a while (the site isn't fast at all, at least from where I live), all the available charts for Iceland will appear in the right section of the applet. Right-click on the ones you're interested and save them...that's about it!Hope this helps,Nicola
