Hi guys,I've noticed that some airports (eg. LFPG, LSZH) have RNAV & NON-RNAV SIDS and STARS. Can someone please take a minute to explain the difference between these RNAV & NON-RNAV procedures to me. Is one for heavy jets and the other for small private planes or something? Thanks in advance for your help.Bob.

Hi Bob,well, I try to explain it :)If you are a normal aircraft, like an A320 with an FMC/MCDu you are fully RNAV able, you are able to catch any Waypoint like ZH434 in Z

Hey Samy and Patrick,Thank you both for your informative responses. I think I understand now. The RNAV procedure would be the one most likely used by a modern commercial airliner.Cheers,Bob.
