NAR routes

Hi,I'm looking for the NAR routes from and to the Atlantic in both directions. If someone know were I can find them then please drop a reply. Again, NAR routes not NAT routes.Thanks in advance,

All,I read that NARs are no longer required to be filed exiting oceanic airspace westbound, is this true?- Ian

Where did you read that?
Internal communications. My understanding is that there is no requirement to use the westbound NARs, and any routing after the oceanic exit point is valid. I think that Gander plans on keeping the NARs published in the event of radar outages/communication failures.
