December 9, 200223 yr Ok, I know I've seen this before, but my keywords aren't turning up anything in search. Does anybody know what the order of the values in the Aircraft.cfg file for view height, forward/back, and lateral are? Thanks.
December 9, 200223 yr Hello Jerry,Here is the format to use to change the seat height in the virtual cockit:(Views) //Change the parentheses to Square Bracketseyepoint=-4.95, -0.85, 2.1 //(feet) longitudinal, lateral, vertical distance from reference datumThe above numbers are found in the Aircraft cfg. file, and are referenced in feet, experiment with them and change them only a small amount, they are the default numbers from the Cessna 172. By making the first negative number smaller it will move you away from the panel. To change the height in the 2D panels you must make the change in the panel.cfg.Look for these kind of settings(Views)VIEW_FORWARD_DIR= 3.0, 0.0, 0.0Again make small changes in these numbers, you can also permenately change the zoom level with a setting such as thisVIEW_FORWARD_ZOOM=0.8Hope this helps Donald E.
