November 22, 200223 yr Hi again ActiveSky user's i read the readme file for FSUIPC but i was wondering am using fsw skyworld se v2.3 but in the readme it only mentions Add Random Turbulence and Icing in clouds - This makes IMC more fun and realistic. but how about the layer control options how sould i have set up for the best weather?? thanks
November 23, 200223 yr Commercial Member Hello,This VSKY cloud layer should be above 40,000ft as to not interfere with other ActiveSky-generated cloud layers. Add random cirrus is another good option to help blend the two sky colors.-Damian

Damian ClarkHiFi Simulation SoftwareDeveloper of ActiveSkyThe next-generation weather environment simulation for FS2002!http://hifi.avsim.net/activeskyhttp://hifi.avsim.net/activesky/images/wxresmallbanner.jpg]
[/table://http://hifi.avsim.net/activesky/ima...]
[/table Damian ClarkHiFi Simulation Technologies

It is probably a good idea to use VSKY only during fair weather with few clouds reported.

Damian ClarkHiFi Simulation SoftwareDeveloper of ActiveSkyThe next-generation weather environment simulation for FS2002!http://hifi.avsim.net/activeskyhttp://hifi.avsim.net/activesky/images/wxresmallbanner.jpg]
[/table://http://hifi.avsim.net/activesky/ima...]
[/table Damian ClarkHiFi Simulation Technologies
