January 19, 200323 yr Maybe its this cold that's making my brain thicker than usual but for the life of me I cannot figure how to link ActiveSky to FlightMax. Have installed Update 1.1 and according to ActiveSky documentation there should be reference in FlightMax.ini file to set it to the same folder as ActiveSky (which is on my installation the following D:FS ApplicationsActiveSky ) but I see no reference to it? I do see reference to FS Directory = and reference to [FSMeteo].Should I edit this ini file and set one up myself and if so what would be the format of the entry. Any help appreciated.bgoodwin
January 19, 200323 yr All this sounds hard, but it's not.Make sure your FlightMax Version is 1.41. In ActiveSky Options set your Export Path: d:FS ApplicationsActiveSky2. Save your options.3. Open FlightMax.ini4. Add the following section:[ActiveSky]ActiveSkyDirectory=d:FS ApplicationsActiveSkyActiveSkyActive=15. Save and exit.Run everything as usual.Go to an airport with RAIN and check for echos. Right now snow is not showing echos. FlightMax is working on this, according to their web site.Hope this helps!!
