January 25, 200323 yr How do you set activesky to prevent tower assigning the opposite runway on ILS final? I do have version 1.15
January 26, 200323 yr I had that checked in Options, have the force distance set at 70, but I did create a forced destination WX at the top of the weather gui. Maybe I should not do that, huh?
January 26, 200323 yr Commercial Member Hi,This will only happen if the winds have changed to favor the other runway since approach contact. Your wind smoothing may be too slow to be updating in time for approach contact in certain situations, so you might get better results by increasing the force range and/or speeding up the wind smoothing via FSUIPC options. Let me know if this helps!-Damian

Damian ClarkHiFi Simulation SoftwareDeveloper of ActiveSkyThe next-generation weather environment simulation for FS2002!http://hifi.avsim.net/activeskyhttp://hifi.avsim.net/activesky/images/wxrebeta.jpg]
[/table://http://hifi.avsim.net/activesky/ima...]
[/table Damian ClarkHiFi Simulation Technologies
