For the past two days, I have been unable to use ActiveSky.Once again, I get as far as downloading of the winds aloft and that's it. No message, no nothing -- just the hourglass. At first, I thought that it might be a NOAA problem, but I haven't seen any other posts that indicate a problem, other than AOL users. I am not and will not be an AOL user, so I'm sure that is not the problem.I had this happen several week's ago with the latest update, but then it went away. I didn't have a clue then, and don't now. It just started working.Anyone else having a problem downloading weather? If not, Damien, do you have any ideas of what I might look for? I have made absolutely no changes in ActiveSky or FS2k2 since the last time that it worked well. Also, I am having no cable modem issues with any other software. Thanks,Wilson

Hi Wilson,It appears your connection to www.aviationweather.gov is problematic... There have been many problems in the US with the internet lately, this could be the reason you have had problems the past few days. Hopefully it will clear shortly... An alternative winds aloft source is coming for 1.2.-Damian

Damian ClarkHiFi Simulation SoftwareDeveloper of ActiveSkyThe next-generation weather environment simulation for FS2002!http://hifi.avsim.net/activeskyhttp://hifi.avsim.net/activesky/images/wxrebeta.jpg]
[/table://http://hifi.avsim.net/activesky/ima...]
[/table
