February 22, 200323 yr Try this:Start up wxRE again. The error message will pop up. Click on OK. AS will start. When the first download is done go to Options and choose Offline/Preset and then click on AutoDownload and create New. Let it do its thing. Now exit AS, re-start and see if the message pops up. If it does please re-post and I'll try again.Hope this helps,Jim
February 22, 200323 yr Talk about Deja Vu,I'm getting the exact same error message. This just started happening today after many months of error free use. I tried your suggestion. I had some difficulty dowloading new offline files. I kept receiving a timeout error on the options page. It finally worked after several tries. However, the only time the export option works error free now is when I'm in offline mode. If I switch back to online mode the export error message pops up again. Could this be a possible error in the weather download source? Thanks for any help,Best Regards,Randyhttp://jdtllc.com/images/RCsupporter.jpg
February 23, 200323 yr Commercial Member Hi,This can happen when the NOAA metar cycle server connection is bad or there is a temporary problem with the cycle files. It should have cleared up.. can you confirm?
