April 14, 200323 yr JT,V2.975 and 2.974 are the same version, just cut and paste the .dll file into the Modules folder. Answer "yes" when asked to overwrite. WeatherSet and TrafficLook are utilities that come with FSUIPC. WeatherSet reads the current weather in FS. TrafficLook lists the AI traffic located around your plane. I have them, but don't use them much.See, your re-install of FS re-set your settings to feet and not meters. I'll bet you that one of your add-on planes changed that setting to Metric without you even realizing it.Go now and re-install ActiveSky and fly with a default plane. It is a good common practice to install one program at a time to make sure everything works OK. This is especially true in FS!!Please post your results!Hope this helps,JimActiveSky Support
April 17, 200323 yr Jim,Yesterday I finally got around to re-install ActiveSky. Problem has been solved!! I believe that the problem was that it defaulted to altitude in meters and I / we never caught on to it.So far so good. Yesterday, I also did a flight from KEWR to KMDW and continued to KSEA. Everything worked worked great!!Couple questions:If I use Online mode, do I need to stay connected at all times to the internet during the flight or can I download the lastest weather and exit the internet?? Or maybe, download the weather and switch to Offline mode? Also, ActiveSky stays running in the background while I am flying, is that correct? I don't close the program after a I downloaded the weather, right?Should I download the next version of ActiveSky or wait a little longer? Or is it, still in trial mode? Thanks a million for all the help and support. You have been great!!JT
April 17, 200323 yr >JT As Damian has suggested, I think you've got weight and balance out of whack. There is a load editor that is on the Phoenix site (perhaps comes in the d/l). May I suggest you u/l your problems to the Phoenix site where A320 drivers can give you instant help. Phoenix is hosted by AVSIM as well.Ron McLeod CYEG
