Hi all! This morning I discovered kinda hilarious bug with ActiveSky!I departed from Dublin (Ireland) for a VFR to Galloway and en route ATC asks me to switch to Baldonell at 122,00Mhz. and guess what happened, this is the ATIS frequency of ActiveSky as well, and ATC passed out completely!ATC was able to speak half a sentence, then I heard a crack, and no ATC anymore! That crack makes it hilarious I think :-)After testing this situation a few times I discovered that things happen quite randomly.ATC collapses almost every time but sometimes it does not and both ATC and ActiveSky ATIS can be heard (very annoying hehe) until a frequency change is necessary again and everything is back to normal. Most of the time, however, I only get ATC back after restarting FS2K2 so, remember, don't fly Ireland!Or please do, if you like to see for yourself, fly out of Dublin and head westwards!Good luck!Cheers,Robert van Vaals.

Hi Robert thanks for the report... What I suggest doing in this case when the freqs conflict is to disable the COM radio via your radio panel (undepress the toggle switch). This way the FS radio will turn off but wxRE will continue to play Flightwatch/ATIS. In the future I'll try to add code to better handle this situation.-Damian

Damian ClarkHiFi Simulation SoftwareDeveloper of ActiveSkyThe next-generation weather environment simulation for FS2002!http://hifi.avsim.net/activeskyhttp://hifi.avsim.net/activesky/images/wxrebeta.jpg]
[/table://http://hifi.avsim.net/activesky/ima...
[/table
