July 19, 200322 yr Hi! Thanks for your amazing ActiveSky! I'm using it from freeware version till now :). I always flying wiht ActiveSky. And i noticed that from some time i haven't rain/snow in my airports. But in reality it is snowing.. I fly every day, but last 1-2 month-s i have NEVER rain/snow.. May be i forget to turn some option "ON"?Thanks!
July 19, 200322 yr Please clarify:Are you not seeing foul weather in the METAR reports (wxr briefing in the payware version, don't know about the freeware limited version), or are you not experiencing the weather effects in FS.This will help localize your difficulty. Also be sure (in the payware version) you are loading the desired file).
July 19, 200322 yr Thanks for the kind words. Can you list the airports that you are using. No, there is no option to turn rain/snow on. IF the METAR does not have rain or snow in it then none will be shown. Are you using Online Mode or Offline Mode? Do you have the VATSIM server option checked in the Options screen? If "yes" then uncheck it and see what happens. The NOAA site has good weather maps to locate rain.Hope this helps,JimActiveSky Support
July 19, 200322 yr Hi, J:Would you mind reposting the links to the NOAA charts to which you are referring? Are these the depiction charts? Thanks.
