METAR says three layers of clouds, but FS2004 doesn't show any...

I just downloaded FSUIPC 3.02 unregistered version and ActiveskyWRE 1.90 and am using it in FS2004.I position myself at WSSS (Singapore Changi) and ActiveSky tells me that the current METAR is WSSS 290100Z 14006KT 110V170 9999 FEW012 FEW017TCU BKN300 29/26 Q1012However, when I go check in FS2004, the winds are displayed just like the METAR at 140 deg 6 kts, but no clouds are showed. Moreover, in ADVANCED WEATHER it shows that no cloud layers are set.I have followed the guidelines that came with ActiveSky 1.90 by unchecking both the reduce visiblity box and the Overcast Sky box. The only boxes I have checked are:Disable Text and Automatic Time Zone, Update METAR on New Station, Update Winds Aloft on New Station, Winds Aloft Sim,Turbulence Sim,Disable Random CAVOK Layers andDisable Cloud Transitions.Am I doing anything wrong? Thanks!

Hi there,I just checked this METAR, everything appears to be working OK. Perhaps your weather was not clear before starting your flight? Can you confirm your time zone is set correctly? If you continue having problems please send me a screenshot of the main, status and options screen in wxRE when this occurs and I'll troubleshoot further.. thanks!-Damian

Damian ClarkHiFi Simulation SoftwareDeveloper of ActiveSkyThe next-generation weather environment simulation for FS2002!http://hifi.avsim.net/activeskyhttp://hifi.avsim.net/activesky/images/wxrebeta.jpg]
[/table://http://hifi.avsim.net/activesky/ima...
[/table

Thanks for your reply. What do you mean by setting time zone correctly? I was under the assumption that by checking the time zone detection box nothing had to be done with selecting time zone?
