Weather radar in ActiveSky 2.0

Recommended Posts

Hi Damian.First of all thanks for your great ActiveSky add-on.I read about the new weather system in FS2004. Now I think a weather radar should be a must. So my question is: "Do yoy think it's possible to include a w/radar in the next version of ActiveSky?"Many thanks!Best regards,Max

Guest Glaudrung

I thought it would be but I hope this feature will not come at a cost. I sure would hate it when a weatherradar would prevent me from installing wxRE through wideFS on a networked pc. The competition, without calling them by name, dropped that possibility in favour of a weatherradar and I dropped them from my harddisk.Framerates suffer too much and since I enjoy flying more than looking at a radarscreen I opted for wxRE.I really hope that installing on a second pc will remain an option. But, wxRE is still a great program and I enjoy it every day.Luc, Glaudrung, BrusselmansBelgium
