Everytime I try to install the 1.9 upgrade I get the message INSTMSIA.EXE not found. I have version 1.0 currently installed. What should I do?

Hi. I had the same problem, and solved it by downloading and installing the latest version of Windows Installer (2.0) from Microsoft. I run Win98SE, so the same may not apply to you. It worked for me. Hope it helps.luca
