Hi...I'm a new user of ActiveSky. I'm having trouble downloading new weather online. I keep getting a message saying "error or timeout downloading cycle." I'm using Adelphia Broadband, which is very fast. I have no trouble downlaoding huge files usually in a matter of two minutes of less. I'm using fsuipc version 3.1 and FS2002 Pro.Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Paddy

I keep getting a message saying "error or timeout downloading cycle.""Cycle downloads are only for OFFLINE downloads, are you running in OFFLINE mode? If so, sometimes the winds server can be sluggish at certain times of the day. You can try the low-bandwidth winds option which can help during these times.Another thing: If you are using firewall software make sure to enable use for wxRE. This can cause communications failures.Are you able to make ONLINE mode work with wxRE? Please give me some more information and I'll do my best to get you up and running! I just tested ONLINE and OFFLINE mode downloads and had no problems at all..-Damian
