Ideal FSUIPC settings: FS2004 & wxRE

Hi all,There are quite a few requests for the best FSUIPC settings lately, so here there are:This is for FS2004 users only, with FSUIPC 3.125 or later.Note that most of this is covered in your included FS2004_info.txt file that came with wxRE's latest update...--------------------------------------------------------------------First, start by loading up FSUIPC (Modules, FSUIPC from the FS menu), and choose NORMAL WEATHER DEFAULTS.Next, ensure the following critical settings are made:Enable wind smoothing, approx 3 deg/kt per second.Enable vis smoothing, approx 1/10 per second.Enable baro smoothing (technical tab) at approx .01 per second.Enable "Allow FS own weather writes" (technical tab).Enable graduated visibility at the defaults.You're all set.You may wish to change these settings for your tastes... Many things are very subjective and depend on your definition of ideal.Hope that helps!-Damian
