December 19, 200322 yr Does anybody know how to configure FS Build to import the AS2004 data?RegardsRussell Jourdain (NZL007/ZK-RHJ)
December 19, 200322 yr Russell,You need to point FSbuild to the location of your AS2004 folder. This is how I use FSBuild & AS2004: AS2004 - FS Not Connected Download current WXSave current WX FSBuild 2.2 After doing the above in AS2004 all you need to do is build the flightplan and winds are automatically input. The whole process has been simplified from what we had before.I then also import the saved .pln into AS2004's Route feature and from their print a Navlog feature.
December 19, 200322 yr What filename do you save the wind data as?As well, will this work with FSBuild 2.1? I don't have FSBuild 2.2 yet (it's not on the site)Thanks-- Scotte
December 19, 200322 yr Scotte, the weather data file name is automatically produced by AS. Just click save as rather than change the name.Go to the FSBuild website and email Ernie Alston who will send you a copy of FSbuild 2.2 to use with AS2004.
December 19, 200322 yr Author Thanks all for your help. The problem was I didn't have version 2.2 Thanks to ernie for sending it to me.RegardsRussell Jourdain (NZL007/ZK-RHJ)
