December 29, 200322 yr Like to ask you guys a question. Is it normal for an aircraft to indicate 000 airspeed from about 14000ft up to 33000ft?Meaning I have no airspeed indication but zeros.I depend on MO when reaching about 10000ft.Any suggestions?ALPHA37
December 29, 200322 yr Yep, turn icing off in FSUIPC. Turn pitot heat on and turn deicing on if the plane supports it.Hope this helps,JimActiveSky Support
December 29, 200322 yr Thanks jim that did work for me.Another question is why am i not able to load a flight plan into active radar. It is running on the machine with fs9..ALPHA37
December 29, 200322 yr See if you are doing this:1. Start AR.2. Go to Planning.3. Click on the MSFS button.4. Browse to your flight plan.5. Choose it.6. In AR Update Weather.Hope this helps,JimActiveSky Support
December 29, 200322 yr A going by everything within the manual but still nothing..I select the flight plan from flightsim files it addresses the update all but then no flight plan..
December 29, 200322 yr OK i first start fs9,then activesky04.Get my wx import my flightplan then print.Next I g to the PC using Active Radar that is where fs9 is,activated then got to MSFS select the flight plan which it automatically looks for FLightsimulator Files, choose my flightplan then update. It gives a msg of updating(in Red) which i do then there's nothing.I can input one manually which of course takes time but i cannot import..Hope this helps..RONNIE
December 29, 200322 yr Ronnie,In FS9 flightplanner you have to save the plan first, overwrite and than reopen the plan. After that open the flightplan in Active Radar.http://www.hifisim.com/images/as2004betateam.jpgPatrick/EBBR Regards, patrickHiFi Technologies Apha TesterFDC/PFE 3 Beta TesterAivlaSoft EFB Alpha Tester

December 31, 200322 yr Export to FS.Open the plan in FS.Save the plan in FS.Load the plan into AR.AR needs an exact FS9 plan!Hope this helps,JimActiveSky Support
January 1, 200422 yr Ronnie,Don't give up! This works:1. Make your plan in FSNav.2. Export it into FS.3. Open the plan in FS.4. Save the plan in FS.5. Now the plan is ready for AR.Hope this helps,JimActiveSky Support
