Activesky2004 errors

Featured Replies

HiI hope you can help me. I bought ActiveSky2004 a few days ago and installed it according to the instructions in the readme file. (The readme didnt mention anything about the order number however). When I start Activesky i continue to get the error "Main process thread error" (it may be main proccessing thread error). I am unable to download any weather or click on new route, i always get this annoying error and the weather in fs2004 never resembles what the true METARS actually are. It mentions something about being an autogenerated TAF or something. I am a pilot in the real world but getting all this stuff to work is much harder than getting yer ppl!!!!any advice/help would be most welcome.thanks in advance

Hi there,It sounds like there is a problem with the installation. Please uninstall and reinstall AS2004, and if the problem persists, please e-mail me a [email protected]. I also recommend not using TAF processing unless you are familiar with the way it works and have your options set accordingly. See the manual chapter on TAF processing. If you have any questions let me know.. Hope that helps!Damian ClarkHiFi Simulation SoftwareDeveloper of ActiveSkyhttp://www.hifisim.comhttp://www.hifisim.com/images/as2004betateam.jpg
