January 16, 200422 yr Hi,I've read everything here, and I still don't know/understand if the smooth transition in clouds altitude, coverage and density does or doesn't work.I'm ready to buy AS2004 if this works, but I want to be sure it works. At the moment, I'm almost convinced it doesn't :-(Eric.
January 16, 200422 yr hi eric, despite there are still some unkown and maybe undiscovered problems with FS9 weather engine, AS2004 is by far the best weather engine.AS2004 will give you better cloud, visibility and wind transitions. do not fall into the trap of "negative" user reports here - we are trying to identify problems, which Damian+team will hopefully adress in the first maintainence release.i have already spent a lot of bucks for other fs add-ons, but AS2004 was definetly my best investment.i'm sure you will not be dissappointed.cheers, harald heidinger/loww
January 16, 200422 yr Eric,Please keep in mind that users mostly post here when they are having trouble. The vast majority of users do not post if things are going well. We have made progress in this area with the alpha2 update and we are continuing to work with users to improve our product even more.Hope this helps,JimActiveSky Support
