January 31, 200422 yr Hi guysCurrently the AS2004 main program gives the barometric pressure in millibars, and outputs that to the FS9 main screen. However, the active radar module reports the pressure in Inches of Mercury.Have I missed a setting somewhere? If I haven't, will the coming update be addessing this issue?A option to the change the settings of both parts of AS2004 to either of the standards would be much appreciated.CheersGraham

January 31, 200422 yr Magic! Now here is my list of other things!.................No, not really :)ThanksGrahamPS OK there is.....ummmm... a winds aloft display in the Radar Module..... cough!...... sorry! (you know, like that other program ;-))
January 31, 200422 yr HiYes Jim.I didn't want to directly reference it but WC2, had this display in both the main (large) radar window, but also in the smaller display you get when clicking on the little red triangle. That smaller display, if I remember correctly, had a click area for SURFACE, RADAR, and ALOFT. The aloft setting giving the speed and direction at various altitudes. It was/is a nice little feature. It certainly helps you determine whether is is worth changing your cruise level to take advantage of the winds.I do realise that there are the forecast winds in the NAV Log of AS2004, which can be printed. However, it nice to have immediate access to the current aloft figures in the local area, as you fly, and from within FS9.CheersGraham
