Runtime Error

Featured Replies

I just installed the MR2 Beta and now I get a runtime error 339 Chilkazip.dll is missing. What is going on and how do I fix it?I have Activesky 2004 running on Win XP Service pack 1. JeffG

I'm guessing a bit, but ChilkatZip.dll is what uncompresses the data downloaded from HIFI's weather server. Was everything working fine before the update to MR2? You didn't move and folders or accidentally install MR2 into the wrong folder? I would reinstall AS2k4 - then update again, should solve your issues. Alternately, you could search your HD for ChilkatZip.dll (Filename is wrong in your post) and make sure its in [FS9]ModulesActiveSky2004 and if it isn't, move it there...Best,sg

Yep a re-install may be in order and then check to see if it is in the main FS2004 folder. Scott, is your file in question in the main FS folder or in the AS2004 folder?Hope this helps,JimActiveSky Supporthttp://www.hifisim.com/images/as2004proudsupporter.jpg
