Ver 1.1 - A couple of (teeny, weeny) things

Featured Replies

Hi Folks,Well, I have been doing some serious flying with v1.1 (EKCH-CYUL-KIND), and I'm really impressed. Not only do the clouds look better, but this winds smothing thing really works! Not 100%, but definately around 90%.One or two things: As you may recall, I asked about step climbs earlier. When I import a flight plan into AS, I can also enter a new CRZ ALT. When I do a step climb, I import the same flight plan, but change the CRZ ALT; however, in the new nav log you still see the average winds for the original altitude. And it would be nice, with some feedback when you click the buttons: See them move, click sound - anything, so you can see that you did hit it.As I said: Really small things - this is a great product, in my opinion the best available today (and more to come - (drooling)).BRGDSSven Sorensen, EKCH

Hi,That's a good idea for the sounds and buttons. For your plan, don't import but manually type in the departing and destination airport. Then you can reprocess your altitude.Hope this helps,JimActiveSky Supporthttp://www.hifisim.com/images/as2004proudsupporter.jpg
