When I load AS2004, I get the following error:Main thread process error.. Retrying at next interval.After this message, nothing happens.Any ideas as to the problrm? Any help will be appreciated.Thank you,Michael

Hi Michael,We have had a couple reports in the past of this. It's usually related to bad data, caused by several possible reasons:- Bad installation- Corrupt weather files- Network problems during weather downloads- Edited/invalid AS2004 database filesThe easiest solution is to do a reinstall to clear things out and start fresh. Also make sure you have at least MR1 v1.1 update.Let us know if that solves it.. Thanks!
