Hello all,I discovered a wind direction difference in what FS2004 is reporting and what AS2004.5 b142 is reporting. Working with the WX data file from 19 september 2004 06 zulu on the Almeria airport look at de picture.(92686.jpg)I have checked all the setting Normal default on AS2004 and minimum setting on FSUIPCNot all stations reporting differences between FS and AS EHAM reporting the the same wind direction and speed in FS and AS. 190 degrees 13 knotsI saw also a strange value on the FSUIPC log that I have made.Look at the EHAM Wind(0) direction 191 degrees and the data what was sent to FS via FSUIPC for Almeria LEAM Surface wind to: 2070ft AMSL , dir 36T.Please can you give same explenation what is going wrong.Below you'll find the data and log informationRegards,Gerard==================================================================FSUIPC 3.317EHAM229375 Results: FS98 Wind0: ground (0ft) to 2001ft AGL, dir 191M, vel 13, gust 0, turb 0365969 NW_SET_PENDING weather command received, ICAO=LEAM 366016 >NewSet: **** New Weather [4] being set: ICAO=LEAM (Dyn=0) 366016 >NewSet: Pressure=1014.0, Drift=0.0 366016 >NewSet: Surface wind: to alt=2070ft AMSL, dir=36T, vel=1.00, gust=0.0, turb=0, shear=0,AS2004.ini//AS2004.5 configuration file Build 142[General]WindowPosX = 1500WindowPosY = 2550DefaultWeatherFolder = C:INSTALLDIRModulesActiveSky2004SuppressionCeiling = 4000SurfaceWindLimit = 10CloudLayerLimit = 5LocalSuppressionRange = 100MinimumVisibility = 0MaximumVisibility = 59LastPlanFolder = Saturnusgerards docsaviodomeflightplans-gpsIncreasedWake = FalseDisableWindsAloft = FalseForceTstormsWithCB = TrueAutoConvertPlanFiles = TrueForceDestinationWeatherZone = FalsePreventIcing = TrueOnlineUpdates = FalseExtendedDestinationWindsForce = FalseGlobalWrites = FalseDepictFS9HazeLayer = TrueDisableDirectWindControl = FalseVoicePlayback = FalseLocalSuppression = TrueStartupSound = FalseDisableGroundUpdates = FalseUseProxyServer = FalseFogLayerGeneration = TrueUpdateSuppression = TrueOvercastEnhancement = TrueIgnoreFSReadyStatus = FalseFSUIPCWindSmoothing = TrueLimitSurfaceWinds = FalseLimitCloudLayers = TrueAutoGlobalWriteToggle = TrueRainWithTS = TrueDisableUpperLayerGeneration = FalseVisibilitySmoothing = TrueDisableMessages = FalseAutoTimeZoneDetection = TrueUpdateInterval = 10VATSIMData = FalseZuluConversion = 2AloftPredictability = 100WindDriftRate = 0TAFProcessing = FalseEnforceVisibilityLimits = TrueWakeTurb = TrueStartPaused = FalseUseSystemTime = FalseDisableCAVOKClouds = FalseProxyAddress = NONE[General]History=xxxxxxxxxxxTCASid=FlightTCASrange=40TrafficScanPerFrame=10AxisCalibration=NoCentredDialogue=NoClearWeatherDynamics=YesOwnWeatherChanges=NoWeatherReadInterval=4MoveBGLvariables=YesMainMenu=&ModulesSubMenu=&FSUIPC ...WindSmoothing=YesWhiteMessages=YesThrottleSyncAll=NoGraduatedVisibility=NoLowerVisAltitude=6000UpperVisAltitude=25000UpperVisibility=6000GenerateCirrus=NoWindShearSharp=NoUpperWindGusts=YesExtendMetarMaxVis=NoPatchSimApAlt=NoAutoClearWeather=YesExtendTopWind=NoWindSmoothness=5SmoothPressure=NoPressureSmoothness=5SmoothVisibility=YesVisibilitySmoothness=2MaxSurfaceWind=0WindLimitLevel=200WindDiscardLevel=400WindAjustAltitude=NoWindAjustAltitudeBy=2000MinimumVisibility=0MaximumVisibilityFewClouds=0MaximumVisibility=0MaximumVisibilityOvercast=0MaximumVisibilityRainy=0OneCloudLayer=NoThinClouds=NoThinThunderClouds=NoCloudThinness=1000ThunderCloudThinness=10000CloudTurbulence=NoCloudIcing=NoWindTurbulence=NoSuppressAllGusts=NoExternalOptionControl=YesAutoTuneADF=NoKeepFS98CloudCover=NoShowPMcontrols=NoMagicBattery=NoRudderSpikeRemoval=NoElevatorSpikeRemoval=NoAileronSpikeRemoval=NoReversedElevatorTrim=NoTrapUserInterrupt=YesNavFreq50KHz=NoClockSync=NoSmoothIAS=YesSetVisUpperAlt=NoVisUpperAltLimit=6000MaxIce=-4SuppressCloudTurbulence=NoSuppressWindTurbulence=NoSpoilerIncrement=512ShortAircraftNameOk=NoFixWindows=NoFixControlAccel=NoAutoTaxiWind=NoDisconnTrimForAP=NoWindSmoothingDelay=0WindSmoothAirborneOnly=NoVisSmoothingDelay=0VisSmoothAirborneOnly=NoLogWeather=Yes[JoystickCalibration]FlapsSetControl=0ReverserControl=66292MaxThrottleForReverser=0AileronTrimControl=0RudderTrimControl=0CowlFlaps1Control=0CowlFlaps2Control=0CowlFlaps3Control=0CowlFlaps4Control=0Aileron=-16383,0,0,16383Elevator=-16021,0,0,16383Rudder=-16150,0,0,16177Throttle=-11385,15734SlopeAileron=0SlopeElevator=0SlopeRudder=8[Monitor]Display=1

Just a tip regarding clear-all-weather.I load and save starting locations with the CLEAR WEATHER THEME in FS9. When I load a flight saved this way, even after AS2004 has started, it sends out the clear all weather message to FSUIPC as shown in the FSUIPC event log. I then perform the AS2004 refresh, wait a few minutes for FS weather and affected AI to stabilize after absorbing the AS weather writes, and then proceed. This avoids interrupting a loaded flight to go into FSUIPC and manually issue the request.
