December 7, 200421 yr I don't have much luck combining the PSS Concorde with AS2004. Why might this be? The Concorde hunts around all over the sky pitchwise with AS2004 above 50,000ft and at Mach 2 but is quite stable with MS default weather. I haven't tried MS real world weather yet, but if this post developes I will post any results of trying this.John
December 7, 200421 yr Hi,Are you using the latest version of AS? We worked pretty hard over the summer to include untra-high winds for our high flying users.Hope this helps,JimActiveSky Supporthttp://www.hifisim.com/images/as2004proudsupporter.jpg
December 8, 200421 yr Author Yes I'm up to date. It may be Pss's problem, I see someone else is having problems with MS Real Weather in their forum.John
December 8, 200421 yr Hi,I'm pretty sure it's PSS's problems. I get that occasionally (haven't had a chance to fly the PSS Concorde much recently) and I've found it to be more stable if you hit ALT HOLD once you reach your cruising altitude instead of leaving it at MAX CRUISE. The new FDEs posted on Nov 21st (on the PSS forum) help somewhat.Hope this helps.Edwin
