Disturbing cloud formations

Featured Replies

Hi Jim and Damian,I seem to have some nasty cloud formations lately (see pic). They are flat, always low to the ground, they shimmer and they don't fit in with all the other clouds. I have 3D clouds at 100%, detailed clouds and cloud coverage at max. I am using FS Sky World cloud packs.I will include AS2004.ini also. What can I do to make those yakkie clouds dissapear forever?Another question; what setting must be used to get rid of this "following" fog on the ground?Thanks!clouds.JPG//AS2004.5 configuration file B175[General]WindowPosX = 3825WindowPosY = 5160DefaultWeatherFolder = F:Flight Simulator 9ModulesActiveSky2004SuppressionCeiling = 4000SurfaceWindLimit = 10CloudLayerLimit = 5LocalSuppressionRange = 150MinimumVisibility = 0MaximumVisibility = 50LastPlanFolder = C:Documents and SettingsArthurMijn documentenFlight Simulator FilesIncreasedWake = FalseDisableWindsAloft = FalseForceTstormsWithCB = TrueAutoConvertPlanFiles = FalseDisableVisGraduation = FalseForceDestinationWeatherZone = FalsePreventIcing = FalseOnlineUpdates = FalseExtendedDestinationWindsForce = FalseDisableAllGroundUpdates = FalseGlobalWrites = FalseDepictFS9HazeLayer = TrueExtendTstormLayers = FalseDisableDirectWindControl = FalseVoicePlayback = TrueLocalSuppression = TrueStartupSound = FalseDisableGroundUpdates = TrueUseProxyServer = TrueFogLayerGeneration = TrueUpdateSuppression = TrueOvercastEnhancement = FalseIgnoreFSReadyStatus = FalseFSUIPCWindSmoothing = TrueLimitSurfaceWinds = FalseLimitCloudLayers = FalseAutoGlobalWriteToggle = TrueRainWithTS = TrueDisableUpperLayerGeneration = FalseVisibilitySmoothing = TrueDisableMessages = TrueAutoTimeZoneDetection = TrueUpdateInterval = 10VATSIMData = FalseZuluConversion = 1AloftPredictability = 100WindDriftRate = 0TAFProcessing = TrueEnforceVisibilityLimits = TrueWakeTurb = FalseStartPaused = TrueUseSystemTime = TrueDisableCAVOKClouds = FalseProxyAddress = http://proxy.planet.nl:8080

Hi There,The fog is from this:DepictFS9HazeLayer = TrueSo make it false or uncheck the option in AS.The clouds are a thin layer cloud with not much volume to them. Chris will be along to take a look I'm sure.Hope this helps,JimActiveSky Sales and Supporthttp://www.hifisim.com/images/as2004proudsupporter.jpg
